Since 2004 we have introduced you to the most suitable contractors/expats - Free of Charge
Even in the case of an assignment we will not charge you (the client directly pays the contractor). Just click on the left side on one of our 35 expats categories to find the most suitable expat.
expats4china has been developed in cooperation with Nobel Prize winner Reinhard Selten as a highly transparent marketplace for the most efficient introduction of expats.
Our service is focused on freelancers and expatriates that live and work in Greater China. We use the term 'expats' for people offering their service and the term "requestor/employer" for companies that need to staff their projects or positions.
Expats: Why use expats4china
Expats in Greater China prefer to enter into a direct contract with the employer. Through expats4china, the employer searches for the most appropriate expat with 37% of all introductions result in direct contracts.
The hourly rate is clearly stated up front, removing the necessity for further price negotiations. As a consequence, we generate an average of 2.2 projects per expat per year, about ten times more than other job market sources... more Login (only for registered expat)
Free document from 24.07.17: A Profile of Australian Micro-Business
This excellent paper was commissioned by Independent Contractors Australian supported by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and undertaken by Monash University. The aim of the research was to develop a better understanding of the independent contractor/ micro business owner/ self employed sector in Australia. They rightfully argue that a better understanding is crucial for anyone wanting to interact with such complex sector. They suggest that the responses of this group to current and future economic situations will be a critical litmus test for the whole of society. Moreover the success or otherwise of this group has direct implications for the collection of taxes, for the repayment of loans, and via a traditional 'multiplier effect' there may be implications for many larger businesses.
